Gaia-Oasis employs over 60 Balinese staff working in different departments. Besides their native languages ( Balinese and Indonesian), nearly all our employees speak English.  Sri, our Head of Office, speaks fluent German, wile Eta, our Abasan front office, is learning German.  Our wonderful Operations Manager is Luh Arya Widhiastini.

Our staff are always very happy to take good care of you. With their helpful, friendly and discreet service, they contribute greatly towards the wellbeing of our guests.

The retreat is managed with international standards in mind, combining western standards of comfort with unique Balinese hospitality and warmth.
