Gaia-Oasis employs 55 Balinese people at the moment working in different departments. Besides their native languages Balinese and Indonesian, nearly all our employees speak English, and Sri, our Head of Office, speaks German. 

Our staff are always very happy to take good care of you. With their helpful, friendly and discreet service, they contribute greatly towards the wellbeing of our guests.

The retreat is managed with international standards in mind.
