Our resort Gaia-Oasis employs 55 Balinese people at the moment working in different departments. Besides their native languages Balinese and Indonesian, nearly all our employees speak a little English, one even speaks German. With their helpful, friendly and discreet way of service they contribute a lot towards the wellbeing of our guests. They are always very happy to take good care of you.
The retreat is managed with western standards in mind.
