For a true relaxation of body and mind we offer free yoga & meditation five days a week. The kind of yoga and meditation varies depending on the yoga teacher who is responsible at the time.
The different meditations, body shaping and exercises like Yoga, Tai-chi, Callanetics… are taking place on a regularly changing basis. There are also open Seminars, in which you can participate.
