For a true relaxation of body and mind we offer free participation in our daily meditations and, on Thursdays, a yoga-course, given by an experienced Indian Yogi. The kind of meditations vary with the person, who is responsible at the time.
The different meditations, body shaping and exercises like Yoga, Tai-chi, Callanetics… are taking place on a regularly changing basis. There are also open Seminars, in which you can participate.
