True forgiveness enables us to let go of past issues and guides us towards openness and freedom for a happy future.

Colin Tipping developed this effective work to heal old wounds, no matter how difficult or unjust the situation was. Holding on to grudges creates damage for us, – but how to really forgive? Some fatal sicknesses have nothing else at their roots than some past experiences we can’t digest. We may come to an understanding of that, what needs to heal inside us, and integrating such experiences, allowing twisted energies inside ourselves to subside opens the door to a rewarding life, unburdened and curious. Understanding and compassion for ourselves and for others, natural human qualities, resurface again, friendships can deepen and the feeling of safety and connection with those around us can shine.

The processes and exercises are very simple and efficient, everyone can do them. Tensions subside and breath flows again easily. You feel newly born.

Program:

Mornings: Yoga at 7am (optional and highly recommended), breakfast 8:30, group-meeting 9:30 for about 3 to 4 hours.

Afternoons: includes massages, a waterfall tour and group meetings, yoga at 5pm (optional), dinner at 7pm.

The Retreat includes:

4 nights with double occupation (if available, single room costs extra, see below)

4 days half pension (full pension available, cost see below)

Approximately 15 hours Forgiveness- and healing processes

1 airport pick up – or pick up wherever you are

1 ½ hour massage of your choice

1 early morning dolphin-tour

1 tour to the nearby waterfall in Less, including some beautiful hiking

1 ½ hour yoga and meditation at 7am and/or again at 5pm

Always available: Fruits and a variety of teas, coffee or chocolate.
