International Bali Meditators Festival ( IBMF ), An annual gathering for hundreds of meditators from around the world, the International Bali Meditators’ Festival (IBMF), under the auspices of Anand Ashram Foundation (affiliated with UNDPI), enables people from different traditions, religions, faiths, spiritual groups, ashrams and yoga centers to connect with each other.
The activities include inspiring seminars (plenary and panel sessions), wonderful workshops on practicing meditation/yoga, Ayurvedic therapy, Agni Hotra, self healing and also spiritual excursion which aim to create inner peace, holistic health, wellness, and happiness. Besides, there are also beautiful night time events such as an evening of devotion and a celebration of peace, filled with devotional songs, poetry, music and dances where people can feel joyful and share their joy with others. Moreover, special programs like yoga for kids, youth empowerment sessions, family activities, and also a marketplace (bazaar) will make the festival diverse and interesting. There’s something for everyone at the festival.
The goals of this festival are to spread spiritual values as well as to raise public awareness about living meditatively- practicing meditation/yoga regularly then applying it in daily life. In this festival, meditators from all over the world, are welcome to share their experiences and knowledge, as well as their meditation and yoga techniques with other participants.
